NATWEST Loans £1.8M To XBM To Purchase New Head Office

NATWEST loans £1.8M to XBM to purchase New Head Office & Warehouse building to double the size of their current Leeds HQ, creating over 45 new jobs.

The company addresses the challenge of Climate Change through more sustainable technology and has partnered with Epson to provide Heat-Free print technology and Ecologi to offset their own carbon footprint.

Thanks to NatWest, the managed print & technology reseller company aims to turnover £30 million per year after the expansion of their Leeds HQ & warehouse site.

XBM Limited, a locally owned printer, photocopier, AV, digital solutions, and technology reseller has purchased a 16,000 square foot building in Morley, Leeds, where they plan to move their Head Office thanks to a £1.8 million loan from NatWest. The business has now acquired four buildings over the past decade thanks to financial aid and support from NatWest.

A focus on sustainability led to partnerships with Epson, who provide Heat-Free print Technology, and Ecologi who empower businesses to accelerate global climate action and have already funded the planting of over 70 million trees.
